Function Description * When an employee has passed the probation period, the administrator needs to help him go through the regularization procedures in the system to make him a regular employee. ① Operation steps: \ \[Employee] > \[Employee Status Management] > \[Official Employment Management] > \[On Probation] > \[Confirm Official Employment Status]\ ② Enter the actual days of passing the probation period, and then click \[Submit]. \ ③ The system will pop up a page asking whether a salary adjustment is needed to remind you whether a salary adjustment is needed after the probation period. You can select "No salary adjustment for now" \ ④ After entering the employee file, the employee status will be displayed as "Official".
