When an employee has passed the probation period, the administrator needs to help him go through the regularization procedures in the system to make him a regular employee.
① Operation steps:
[Employee] > [Employee Status Management] > [Official Employment Management] > [On Probation] > [Confirm Official Employment Status]
② Enter the actual days of passing the probation period, and then click [Submit].
③ The system will pop up a page asking whether a salary adjustment is needed to remind you whether a salary adjustment is needed after the probation period. You can select "No salary adjustment for now"
④ After entering the employee file, the employee status will be displayed as "Official".
