Reward Punishment Record

1. Set Reward and Punishment Types

• Various types of rewards and punishment can be added to facilitate the company to record each employee's rewards and punishment records (for example, letters of praise, letters of appreciation, warning letters, etc.).

• Operation steps: [Employee] > [Employee Archives] > [Reward and Punishment Records] > [Reward and Punishment Type Management] > [Add Reward and Punishment Type]

• In the pop-up window for adding a new reward and punishment type, select "Reward/Punishment", enter the type name, and click "Save"

2. Added Reward and Punishment Records

• You can increase reward and punishment records in a single time or in large quantities.

2.1 Single New Reward and Punishment Record

• Method 1: Operation steps: ① [Employee] > [Employee Archives] > [Rewards and Punishment Records] > [Add] ② Enter the employee's name, select rewards and punishments, reward and punishment types, reward and punishment dates, enter the reward and punishment content, and click "Submit".

• Method 2: Or you can click "Add Reward and Punishment Record" in the "Reward and Punishment Record" under employee file

2.2 Add Reward and Punishment Records in Batches

• Reward and punishment records can be added in batches.

• Operation steps: ① [Employee] > [Employee Archives] > [Reward and Punishment Records] > [Batch Actions] > [Import in Batch] ② In the batch import window, click "Download Template" ③ Fill in the template content as required, as shown in the following example, and save the document after filling in ④ Return to the batch import window, click "Select File", and upload to complete the addition. ⑤ If the import fails, you can follow the prompts to export the error data file and view the error description.

3. Modify Reward and Punishment Records

The reward and punishment records can be modified one by one or in batches.

3.1 Single Modification of Reward and Punishment Records

• Operation steps: [Employee] > [Employee Archives] > [Reward and Punishment Records], click on the corresponding employee and press "Edit"

• After modification, click "Save"

3.2 Modify Reward and Punishment Records in Batches

• Operation steps: (Same steps as 2.2) ① [Employee] > [Employee Archives] > [Rewards and Punishment Records] > [Batch Action] > [Batch Modification] ② In the batch modification window, click "Download Template" ③ Fill in the template content as required, as shown in the following example, and save the document after filling in ④ Return to the batch import window, click "Select File", upload to complete the modification

• If the import fails, you can follow the prompts to export the error data file and view the error description.

4. Cancellation of Reward and Punishment Records

• Operation steps: [Employee] > [Employee Archives] > [Reward and Punishment Records], click on the corresponding employee and press "Cancel"

• In the cancellation window, select the cancellation date, enter the reason for cancellation and remarks, and click "Confirm"

5. Delete Reward and Punishment Records

• Operation steps: [Employee] > [Employee Archives] > [Reward and Punishment Records], check the records that need to be deleted, single or multiple selections can be made, click "Delete in Batch".
