# 考核管理

**绩效的核心三个功能是：**\
**首先补充指标库，其次完善考核模板，最后发起考核。**

1. 完成基础设置后，管理员即可进行考核流程设置。

设定包括:

* 评分规则
* 指标设定
* 流程设置\
  ​

2. 完成流程设置后，管理员即可启动考核流程。
3. 考核流程全部完成后，相关记录将保存在考核结果中，供后续分析使用。
