* 完成考核后，在考核结果分析页面中，可见被考核员工的等级和人数，管理员亦可用名字和部门搜寻员工并查看详情。

* 可见详列被考核员工的绩效资料，参与过绩效考核的员工将显示相关统计数据，管理员亦可选择导出档案。

* 可见详列被考核员工的面谈状态和记录，管理员亦可选择导出档案。
## 4. 年度统计表
* 年度统计表详列被考核员工的考核记录，并可按年度/半年/季度/月份搜索，方便管理员快速查找。
