# 启用薪酬管理

## 1. 设置薪酬起始月份

* 薪酬起始月份代表系统开始生成薪酬和工资表的月份，例如设置 2024 年 7月， 即系统会在2024 年 7 月开始计算员工薪酬并由该月份开始生成工资表。而 2024 年 7 月以前，将不会显示。
