# 辨理转正
## 1.功能描述
当员工已过试用期，管理员需要在系统帮他辨理转正手续，使他成为正式员工。
1.操作步骤： ［员工管理］>［员工状态管理］>［转正管理］>［办理转正］ \
2.输入实际通过试用期的日子，然后按［提交］。 \
3.系统会弹出一个是否需要调薪的页面，以提醒试用期后是否需要调整薪金，可选择［暂不调薪］ \
4.进入员工档案后，员工状态会显示为正式。
