# 人才库

* 管理员在淘汰候选人，又或候选人不接受取录时，可以选择将该候选人加到系统的人才库中。 
* 管理员可在人才库的页面中看到有纪录的候选人，也可自行新增候选人至系统当中。
* 作步骤： \
  ①［招聘管理］>［人才库］ >［新增人才］ \
  ② 您可以选择导入履历或手动输入，请参考【[新增候选人](https://docs.yoov.com/yoov-work/zh-cn/zhao-pin-guan-li/pages/39bDB6yZi8M5mzcdF9g9#id-1.-xin-zeng-hou-xuan-ren)】。输入有关资料，然后按［保存］。 \
  ③ 在人才库页面中会看到刚才手动新增的候选人。 \
  ④ 管理员可将人才库中的候选人 (一个或多个) 添加到候选人列表中。 \
  ⑤ 之后选择要将候选人添加至哪一个职位的候选人当中，然后按［确定］。 \
  ⑥ 有关候选人已被新增至候选人列表中。
