# 招聘设置

## 1. 招聘流程

* 系统已预设招聘流程，包括流程管理，阶段管理和状态管理 (系统项) 。预设了新候选人、初选通过、安排面试、Offer环节、正式录用等阶段，当阶段到正式录用时，候选人状态将变成待入职。
* 系统既定流程 (系统项) 不能删减，但管理员可按\[添加]，以加入自定流程。

### 1.1 添加流程

* 管理员也可以建立新的流程、新的阶段和状态 。
* 操作步骤：\
  ① 可先增设需要用上的 「状态」 和 「阶段」 。\
  ② 然后新增 「流程」 ，在可页面中设计流程，「流程」 关联 「阶段」，支持启用/停用 「状态」，设计好后点击发布即可。\
  ③ 每个岗位都可能有不同的招聘流程，管理员/HR新建招聘职位时，就可以指定用哪个招聘流程。

## 2. 招募渠道

* 招募渠道，填写候选人资料时需用到。 系统已预设了一些招募渠道和常用的招募网站，管理员也可以新增招募渠道。
* 操作步骤： \
  ①［招募管理］>［招募设置］>［招募渠道］>［新增招募渠道］ \
  ② 设定频道名称、跳转网站、备注，跳转网站新增后，点选招募管道可直接开启该网站，设定后，点选 「保存」

## 3.面试资讯

* 面试信息用于向候选人发送面试通知时，简讯和邮件里显示的联络资讯和面试地址。管理员可以先提前做好设置，方便使用。
* 操作步骤： \
  ①［招募管理］>［招聘设置］>［面试信息］> 「新增面试信息」 \
  ② 设定联络人、电话号码、面试地址，点选 「保存」

## 4. 淘汰/流失原因&#x20;

* 在面试候选人后，面试结果为淘汰/流失时，需作出原因选择。系统已预设了一些原因，管理员亦可新增原因。
* 操作步骤： \
  ①［招募管理］>［招募设置］>［淘汰/流失原因］>［新增淘汰/流失原因］ \
  ② 设定淘汰/流失原因，点选 「保存」

## 5. 设置电邮模板

* 操作步骤：\
  ［招募管理］>［招聘设置］>［编辑电邮模板］

## 6. 操作纪录

* 基于系统可以让多于一名管理员操作，管理员可以在操作纪录中寻找所有管理员的改动纪录。详细检示操作时间、管理员名称 、 IP地址、操作对象、类型以及具体操作方便查阅 。
