# 招聘职位

## 1.  新增招聘职位

* 这功能容许管理员新增一些现时公司正在招聘的职位。在填写后，该招聘中的职位将显示于招聘职位的列表，亦有助减省管理员日后输入职位候选人时需要处理的程序。
* 操作步骤：\
  ［招聘管理］>［招聘职位］> ［招聘中］>［新增职位］
* 管理员可输入有关职位的所属部门及负责面试的员工，以方便日后检阅和管理。输入全部资料后，按［保存］。
* 完成后，管理员可在［招聘职位］的页面看到刚新增的职位资料。

## 2. 停止有关招聘

* 管理员可因应需要编辑该职位的资料，又或停止有关招聘。&#x20;
* 若职位停止进行招聘，管理员可在页面输入停止招聘的原因。&#x20;
* 可以在停止招聘的页面中查看已经停止招聘的职位&#x20;
* 操作步骤：\
  ［招聘管理］>［招聘职位］> ［停止招聘］&#x20;
* 未来若重新再就该职位进行招聘，管理员可在［停止招聘］页面，将该职位重新开启招聘。

## 3. 发布职位到招聘网站

* 履历助手将YOOV WORK的招聘职位信息自动填充到招聘网站的职位发布页面，帮助提升职位发布效率，支持JobsDB。
* 此功能需要使用最新版本履历助手（安装后需要刷新本页面才能正常使用此功能）。
