# 成本中心

* 成本中心用於根據相關領域的使用情況，將間接費用分配到各個組織活動，並對組織產生的成本進行區分管理，從而實現精細化的薪酬成本會計與管理。
* 成本拆分是指根據一定的規則（如部門、項目、團隊等）將總成本進行分配。
* 成本明細則展示每一項具體成本的組成。成本管理包括 【成本中心、成本拆分、成本明細】。\

  1\. 設置成本中心\
  2\. 維護成本拆分比例\
  3\. 設定人力成本統計規則\
  4\. 查看成本明細和匯總
* 操作步驟：\
  先新增成本中心（比如多個項目可以成立多個成本中心），再根據薪資表匯入成本明細，最後根據比例劃分對員工的薪資進行成本拆分，得出單個員工在不同成本中心裡的薪資佔比是怎樣的。
