# 辨理轉正

## 1. 功能描述

當員工已過試用期，管理員需要在系統幫他辨理轉正手續，使他成為正式員工。

① 操作步驟：\
［員工管理］>［員工狀態管理］>［轉正管理］>［辦理轉正］。\
② 輸入實際通過試用期的日子，然後按［提交］。\
③ 系統會彈出一個是否需要調薪的頁面，以提醒試用期後是否需要調整薪金，可選擇［暫不調薪］\
④ 進入員工檔案後，員工狀態會顯示為正式。
