# 安排面試

## 1. 新增候選人

* 這功能讓管理員將新職位候選人預先輸入至系統內，進而使日後管理和檢視有關資料的步驟得以簡化和更加便利。
* 在人才庫中新增候選人有以下幾種方式：1.上傳履歷，2.手動添加，3.使用履歷助手
* 操作步驟：\
  ［招聘管理］ >［候選人］ >［新增候選人］
* 方式一：上傳履歷 \
  ① 系統允許管理員直接上傳候選人履歷並自動解析資料。按一下\[下一步]。 \
  ② 管理員需要審核候選人資訊並輸入所需信息，例如：申請職位並點選 【提交入資料庫】。 \
  ③ 輸入並儲存候選人資訊後，該資訊將顯示在【候選人】頁面的清單中。

  ① 輸入所需資料，然後按［保存］。\

## 2. 進入面試流程

① 成功新增候選人後，用戶可以為候選人安排面試。\
② 點擊進入候選人頁面，按 \[下一階段] 開始安排流程。\
**整個流程階段: \[初選通過] > \[安排面試] > \[發送Offer] >  \[正式錄用]**\
\
③ 選擇面試模板，確認通知候選人面試的電郵內容。\
④ 輸入有關面試的有關資料，然後按［保存］，簡歷或評估表都可上傳附件以供日後參考。\
⑤ 當安排好面試後，管理員可在［面試日程］中查看哪天有面試安排。\
⑥ 如候選人通過面試，可到下一階段\[發送Offer]，並可編輯發送電郵內容和發送資料。獲候選人確認後，可添加到待入職。\
註: 候選人狀態可隨時改為 \[淘汰/流失]
