Employees can choose to register with an email address or log in directly with a mobile number (unregistered phone numbers will automatically create a new account)
Click "Register" at the bottom of the homepage and enter your email address (the email address must be the same as the email address bound by the administrator in the system). After confirming that the information is correct, tick to read and agree to the relevant policies and terms (2). Click "Next" (3). Note: The email address must be valid to receive other emails (e.g. Gmail ), as some emails limited to the company's intranet will not be valid.
The system will send a verification email to the employee's email address. If the verification is successful, the registration is completed and the email address can be used to log in to the app.
Please check your mailbox (including spam mailbox) to see if you have received the verification email sent by the system. If you have not received the verification email, you can click "Resend" and the system will send the verification email again.
Click "Login with phone number" at the top right of the homepage (picture on the right), then enter your phone number. After ensuring that the phone number is correct, click “Get verify code.”
After verification, the system will send a six-digit verification code to your phone. After entering this code, you can successfully create an account. Note: An unregistered mobile phone number will automatically create a new account.
