Announcement

1. New Announcement

• The system is equipped with an announcement function to provide a communication platform between the company and employees, allowing employees to grasp the latest company information and improve the transparency of information circulation. Administrators can add announcements in the area shown below.

• Operation steps: [Announcement] > [Announcement List] > [New Announcement]

• In the newly added announcement page, you can set whether to pin it to the top, display viewing time, recipients, etc. After the settings are completed, just click [Save And Preview].

• Administrators can also preview the generated notification on the next page. Once confirmed, the release can be confirmed.

2. Add Announcement Category

2.1 Operational Steps: [Announcement] > [Announcement List] > [Announcement Category] > [Settings] > [Add Announcement Category] > Fill in the category name > [Confirm]

• Additionally, this page also allows for sorting, editing, and deleting announcement categories.

2.2 You can also directly add an announcement category when creating a new announcement by filling in the category name and clicking confirm.

3. Announcement Operations

• Published announcements can be pinned/unpinned in the announcement list.

• Unpublished announcements can be confirmed for publishing, which will publish them immediately.

• Unpublished announcements support editing, while published ones do not.

• All announcements can be deleted.

4. Announcement Acknowledgment

• PC Version: Employees can view announcement notifications on the self-service platform. When an employee clicks "I have read," it indicates acknowledgment.

• APP Version: Employees can view announcement notifications within the app. When an employee clicks "I have read," it indicates acknowledgment.

5. Activity Log

• The system can be operated by more than one administrator, and the administrator can search for the change records of all administrators in the Activity Log.

• The operation time, administrator name, IP address, operation object, type and specific operation are displayed in detail for easy query.
