1. New Announcement

  • The system is equipped with an announcement function to provide a communication platform between the company and employees, allowing employees to grasp the latest company information and improve the transparency of information circulation. Administrators can add announcements in the area shown below.

  • Operation steps: [Announcement] > [Announcement List] > [New Announcement]

  • In the newly added announcement page, you can set whether to pin it to the top, display viewing time, recipients, etc. After the settings are completed, just click [Save And Preview].

  • Administrators can also preview the generated notification on the next page. Once confirmed, the release can be confirmed.

2. Activity Log

  • The system can be operated by more than one administrator, and the administrator can search for the change records of all administrators in the Activity Log.

  • The operation time, administrator name, IP address, operation object, type and specific operation are displayed in detail for easy query.

  • Operation steps: [Announcement] > [Activity Log]
