Deactivate and Delete Approval forms

• Operation steps: ① [Approval] > [Approval Template] > Click "Disable" under the corresponding Approval form ② The deactivated Approval form will be displayed in the Deactivated Group on the page. Click "Delete" ③ Click "Confirm" to completely delete the Approval form. Please note the Approval template will be permanently deleted and cannot be restored.
