1. Leave Balance Expiration Reminder

1.1 System Auto Reminders

Operation steps: [Leave] > [Reminder Setting] > [Enable] Leave Balance Expiration Reminder
"Enable" the leave balance expiration reminder. Admin can set the number of days to remind employees of the leave expiration date, and select the applicable leave. After completing the setting, the system will automatically send a message to employees at expiration.

1.2 Manually Send Reminders

Operation steps: [Leave] > [Leave Balance] > [Employee Leave Balance (Details)] > Click "Failure Alert"
After manually clicking "Failure Alert", the system will immediately send a message to remind the employee APP, and the employee APP will receive the message reminder.

2. Employee Leave Reminder

Operation steps: [Leave] > [Reminder Settings] > [Enable] Notify recipients eg. Team head, set reminder objects, reminder time, reminder method, click "Save"
