1. Leave Balance Expiration Reminder

1.1 System Auto Reminders

  • Operation steps: [Leave] > [Reminder Setting] > [Enable] Leave Balance Expiration Reminder

  • "Enable" the leave balance expiration reminder. Admin can set the number of days to remind employees of the leave expiration date, and select the applicable leave. After completing the setting, the system will automatically send a message to employees at expiration.

1.2 Manually Send Reminders

  • Operation steps: [Leave] > [Leave Balance] > [Employee Leave Balance (Details)] > Click "Failure Alert"

  • After manually clicking "Failure Alert", the system will immediately send a message to remind the employee APP, and the employee APP will receive the message reminder.

2. Other Reminder

2.1 Employee Leave Reminder

  • Operation steps: [Leave] > [Reminder Settings] > [Enable] Notify recipients eg. Team head, set reminder objects, reminder time, reminder method, click "Save"

3. Leave Reminder

  • Administrators can set the maximum number of leave requests for each/specific department for each day or custom date range. This prevents too many employees from taking leave at the same time, which could lead to staffing shortages.

  • Operational Steps: [Leave] > [Leave Settings] > Click "Enable" > Select the department and modify the maximum number of employees and time restrictions > Click "Save"

  • Once the [Leave Limits] are activated, the maximum number of leave requests for each department can be set for each day or custom time period.
