Job Level/ Rank Setting

  • Payroll management supports adjusting salaries based on job levels, ensuring the company uses a unified salary standard. This function addresses the impact of different employee types, job levels, and salary adjustments on salary calculations in corporate salary management.

  • First, you need to define the job level system, then design the salary structure, and finally design the salary adjustment mechanism.

1. Setting Ranking

  • There are two locations in the system where you can set job levels: 1. [Rank Management] entry / 2. [Payroll Management] entry

1.1 [Job Level Management] Entry Point:

  • Operation steps: ① [Department] > [Rank Management] > [Manage Rank Channels] > [Add Rank Channel] > Fill in the Rank channel name > Click "Confirm" ② [Department] > [Rank Management] > [Add Job Level] > Fill in the job level information > Click "Save"

1.2 [Payroll Management] Entry Point:

  • Operating Steps: ① [Payroll Management] > [Payroll Data] > [Salary Standards] > [Set Job Rank] ② Enter [Rank Management] > [Manage Rank Channels] > [Add Rank Group] > Fill in the job rank channel name > "Confirm"

2. Setting Salary Levels

  • Operating Steps: ① Return to the "Payroll Data" page. The job level system you just created will be automatically synchronized, and three salary levels will appear by default. ② If you need more levels, you can click "Set Salary Levels," modify the "Number of Salary Levels," and also modify the "Salary Level Names." Finally, click "Confirm." ③ After confirming the salary levels, you can edit the fixed salary for each job level's corresponding salary level. ④ Operating Steps: [More Functions] > [Online Editing] > [Modify Fixed Salary] > [Save and take into effect]

3. Processing Salary Adjustments

  • Operating Steps: ① [Current Salary] > [Process Pay Adjustment] > [Single Adjustment] ② Enter the salary adjustment page, select the "Fixed-Salary Ranks" for the employee, you can also modify the salary after the adjustment, fill in the relevant information, and then click "Save". ③ At this point, the employee's salary has been determined. The next step is to add them to a salary group and calculate the salary according to the salary template. ④ When calculating salaries, if an employee's job rank or level changes within the same month, the salary will be automatically calculated according to the rules.
