The system will automatically generate an organizational structure based on the departments added by the administrator, and the departments must set items for using the system. Note: The system support department level cannot exceed level 7 at most.
Operation steps: [Department] > [Department Structure] > [Department] > [Add Department]
After adding a department, please enter the corresponding information. Based on the system settings, each sub-department needs to have a superior department.
When setting up the first department, the company name must be used as the superior department. The department head can be added or changed later (setting up department heads will help set up the approval process later).
Please click "Save" after filling in the relevant information.
Operation steps: [Department] > [Department Structure] > [Department], find the corresponding department name, and click "Edit"
On the "Department Details" page, you can edit the relevant information of the department, set the department head, and click "Confirm"
After the setting is successful, the administrator can see the company structure in the structure diagram.
