After generating the payroll and completing the verification, you can click [Generate Tax Forms] to create an electronic file for submission to the tax authorities.
Upon clicking, the system will redirect to a new page where you should select the company for configuration.
1. Tax-Related Settings
The administrator must first confirm whether the company's basic information is correct on the Tax-Form Setting page. If there are discrepancies, please click [Edit] to make changes.
Since the wage item classifications set by the company may differ from the default classifications in the tax bureau's tax return, the administrator is also required to verify the meaning of each wage item in the tax income fields. The administrator should click [Edit], select the appropriate wage items for each field, and then click [Save].
The same content can be copied to this current form by clicking [Copy].
2. Tax Form Management
① The system page allows you to select the tax forms to be filled out, such as: New Hire, Termination, Departure, and Compensation. After making your selection, please click [Add Form]. Ensure that the salary items for the IR56 form are matched correctly first. ② [Fill Out Form Data] Please fill in the relevant information on the page, and after confirming that everything is accurate, click [Next]. ③ [Select Method] There are two methods to import the employees' tax data: from the system or from Excel. After the administrator makes a selection, please click [Next] to add employees.
From the System: The administrator needs to select employees on this page. After selection, they will appear in the [Selected] field. Once confirmed, click [Next].
From Excel: The administrator should first download the Excel file and fill it out. After filling it out, click [Choose File] to upload the document to the system, then click [Next].
④ On Salary Report page, please click [Generate Form] to create the tax form. Once generated, you can click [View Form] to check the tax return. After confirming that everything is correct, please click [Save].
If the administrator has doubts about the compensation data generated by the system, they can click [Before Mapping] and [Mapped] for comparison.
[Mapped] refers to the data obtained after the administrator completes the matching in the tax-related settings.
If the administrator wants to review the pairing of wage items and tax forms, they can click [Pay Item Mapping Table].
