Form Widget Description

  • Administrators can choose classic templates provided in the system

  • If you need to customize a form, after entering the settings page, the system provides multiple widgets and packages to facilitate administrators to configure appropriate forms according to company management needs.

1. Widget Description

  • On the form design page, click on the widget in the widget library on the left and drag it with the mouse to add the widget to the form for customized design; click on the widget in the form, you can make relevant settings for the widget on the right.

【Single line filling blank】 and 【Multiple lines filling blank】 are used when employees are required to fill in explanations, such as filling in reasons for leave, reasons for reimbursement, etc. If it is a required item, you can check "Required"

【Number filling blank】 This widget can be used when employees are required to enter numbers, such as the quantity of a product purchased.

【Single Option】 Use this widget when you need to select one of the preset options, such as reimbursement category. You can also associate options to meet the need to select different options to display different approval document contents.

【Multiple Option】 Use this widget when you need to select multiple options from the preset options.

【Date】 Use this widget when you need to enter a time node

【Date range】 Use this widget when you need to select a time range

【Image】 Use this widget when you need to submit invoice photos, case certificates, etc., to enable real-time photography. After it is enabled, image upload can only be done by taking photos on your mobile phone, and local images cannot be uploaded.

【Attachment】 Use this widget when the sponsor needs to upload forms, PPT and other file contents

【Amount (Dollars)】 Use this widget when you need to fill in reimbursement, procurement and other related amounts.

【Select Department】 Use this widget when you need to select a department, such as the department applying for using chop in a chop application. You can set only one department to be selected or multiple departments to be selected at the same time.

【Select Employee】 Use this widget when you need to select employees. You can set only one employee to be selected or multiple employees to be selected at the same time.

【Associated Approval Type】 You can associate two independent approval documents with each other, such as outing approval and reimbursement approval. Just specify the associated approval document type.

【Location】 Use this widget when you need to record the location of the initiator. The system will obtain the current address when filling in the approval form.

【Phone】 When employees are required to fill in the review form and provide a contact number, this widget can be used. The available types are mobile phone only/mobile phone and phone phone/phone only.

【Calculation】 Use this widget when you need to complete the automatic calculation of the data in the approval order, such as the calculation formula in the purchase order: total = unit price × quantity

【Details/Table】 Drag multiple components into the container component and use them together with other widgets, such as filling in reimbursement details, expense details, item collection details, etc., together with single-line filling blank, amounts, numbers, single option and other widgets.

2. Attendance Kit Instructions

  • The system provides five attendance packages: Leave request component, Make-up Card component, Overtime component, Field work component, and Shift adjustment Kit.

  • The attendance packages are a fixed settings and its components cannot be modified.

  • Only one type of packages can be added to each form. If you need to change it, you must first delete the added package and replace it.

【Leave Application Package】 Use this package in the leave review form. The system will automatically calculate the leave duration based on the shift schedule and accurately summarize it into the attendance report. The administrator can set a time limit for submission, set up resubmission or apply in advance; the leave application package can be used as process conditions

【Make-up Card Component】 is suitable for employees to initiate make up punch-in applications and update abnormal punch-ins to normal ones.

【Overtime component】 is suitable for employees to apply for overtime. The overtime time will be automatically synchronized to the attendance report. You can set it to allow submission on behalf of others, you can also set a time limit for submission, and you can set up to make up for it or apply in advance.

【Field work component】 is suitable for employees to apply for working out of office, working from home, or on biz trip. The package will automatically calculate the outing time based on the shift schedule, and accurately summarize the time into the attendance report. The administrator can set a time limit for submission, set a re-submission or apply in advance.

【Shift adjustment Kit】 When there is a need to adjust shifts among employees, and the attendance management has set a shift system, this package can be used, and the transferred employee will automatically become the first approver.
