1. Employee File Entrance

  • Operation steps: [Employee] > [Employee List], click "Employee Name" to enter the employee's employee file, or click on the Quick Links to go to specific category of the profile.

2. Modify Employee Information

  • Employee information can be modified individually or in batches.

2.1 Modify Employee Information Individually

  • Operation steps: In the employee's employee file, select fields such as employment information, personal information, contact information, salary information, etc., click "Edit", and click "Confirm" after editing is completed.

2.2 Modify Employee Information In Batches

  • Operation steps: Employee > "Employee List" > "More Functions", Select "Import and Export Employees"

  • On the Export/edit employee page, click "Export" Employee Information Form

  • Click "Select Attachment" on the export/modify employee page to upload the modified employee information form attachment. If the upload is successful, the modification is successful.

3. Upload Employee Profile Information

  • In the employee file, click "Material Attachments" and select the corresponding information to be uploaded, such as ID card

  • Enter the ID card upload page and follow the prompts "Drag the attachment to this area or click the button below to select the attachment" to upload.

  • After the upload is successful, it will be displayed as shown below.

4. Customize and Export Employee Details

  • Click the employee information items you want to export, and then click "Export" to download the employee details.xlsx.

5. Export Employee File Material

  • Operation steps: [Employee] > [Employee List] > [More Functions] > [Export Employee File Material]

  • Select the employee information you want to export and click "Confirm" to download the employee's file information.

6. Delete Employees

(1) Method 1

  • Operation steps: [Employee] > [Employee List] > Click on the employee name, enter "Employee File", and click "Delete Employee" as shown below

  • In the employee deletion prompt window, click "OK" and the deletion will be successful.

  • Click "I understand" in the next pop-up window; if you need to undo the deletion, click "Undo deletion" and the system will immediately restore the deleted employee data.

(2) Method 2:

  • Operation steps: [Employee] > [Employee List] > [More Functions] > [Adjust employees in batch]

  • On the page, "check" the employees who need to be deleted, click "Delete" and "Confirm".

7. Restore Deleted Employees

  • Please note: Deleted employee data will be retained in the "Recycle Bin" for 30 days, during which the deleted employees can be restored. After 30 days, the system will automatically delete employee-related information completely and cannot be restored.

  • Operation steps: [Employee] > [Employee List] > [Recycle Bin]

  • After entering the "Recycle Bin", select the deleted employees, click "Restore Selected Employees", and click "Confirm".

Employee information can be modified in batches in the exported employee information form template. Only existing employee information can be modified or deleted, and employees cannot be added. Save the file after the modification is completed. (If you need to add new employees, please go to the page.)
