The system can provide two methods for adding new employees, one is to add new employees at a time, and the other is to import new employees in large quantities.
Operation steps: [Employee] > [Employee list] > [Add Employee]
After selecting [Add Employee], the administrator will see three options, namely (1) Add Employee, (2) Add Pending on-board and (3) Self-help Onboarding. Please fill in all required * information for new employees in "Add new employees".
Note: (1) Add Employee – the administrator fills in the information for the new employees (2) Add Pending on-board – for administrators to fill in employees who will join the company in the future (3) Self-help Onboarding – HR shares the onboarding registration QR code, and new employees fill in employee information by themselves
For companies that will use the system to generate MPF contribution statements, please fill in the "second language surname and first name" with the name shown on the statement. The system will only display the information entered by the administrator on the settlement form.
Please remember to remind employees that: The mobile phone number and email below are used by employees to log in to the mobile app, so they need to use the same mobile phone number or email when registering with the mobile app.
Select the email registration method. You can choose a personal or work email. The system will bind the system account with the email specified in this option. After selecting, the administrator can turn on "Sending Registration Invitation" and "Send Onboarding Registration Invitation to Employees via Email." Then click “Save”. Employees will receive an invitation to register.
Fill in the new employee's information and click "Save". After filling in the information, the administrator can see the information of the newly added employees in the "Employee List" in "Employee Management".

② After clicking, the following page will be displayed. Administrators should [Download] the template and enter the required information according to the instructions on Excel.
③ If you add a new employee to an existing employee, you can also select "Export/edit Employees" and add or modify employee information in "Download Employee Template".
④ After the administrator enters the required information according to the instructions on Excel, please select [Select File] to upload the modified Excel template. If the upload is unsuccessful, please refer to the system prompt message, modify this field, and re-upload the attachment.
⑤ After the upload is successful, the administrator will be able to see the information of the newly added employees in the "Employee List" of "Employee".
