This feature allows administrators to pre-enter new job candidates into the system, thereby simplifying and making it more convenient to manage and review relevant data in the future.
There are a few ways for adding new candidates in the talent pool: 1. upload resume, 2. Input manually, 3 using Resume Assistant
Operation steps: [Recruitment] > [Candidate] > [Add Candidates]
Method 1: Upload resume ① The system allows administrator to directly upload candidate's resume and parsed the data automatically. Click [Next]. ② Admin need to review the candidate's info and enter the required information e.g. applying position and click [Submitted for storage]. ③ After entering and saving the candidate’s information, the information will be displayed on the list on the [Candidates] page.
Method 2: Input manually After entering and saving the candidate’s information, the information will be displayed on the list on the [Candidates] page.
① After successfully adding a candidate, the user can [arrange interview] for the candidate. ② Select the interview template and confirm the content of the email notifying the candidate of the interview. ③ Enter the relevant information about the interview and click [Save]. ④ After the interview is scheduled, the administrator can check which day the interview is scheduled in [Interview Schedule]. If you want to change the position a candidate is applying for, you can click "Update Application Position" under "More Functions" and then reselect the position.
Based on the interview situation with the candidate, the administrator can choose whether to eliminate the candidate, let the candidate pass the interview, or arrange a second round of interviews for the candidate.
If the candidate passes the preliminary interview, after the administrator clicks "Move to Pass the Preliminary", the system will jump to a new page and display that the candidate has passed the first round of interview. Administrators may schedule second-round interviews for candidates.
After completing the above actions, the administrator can view the current candidate's status on the candidate's page.
To eliminate a candidate, the administrator can enter a reason for eliminating the candidate.
Administrators can also add eliminated or lost candidates to the talent pool. When the company recruits relevant positions again in the future, administrators can go to the talent pool to request relevant information.
