Function Description

  • The self-help onboarding function was launched to facilitate administrators without having to deal with the onboarding materials of a large number of employees alone. Job seekers can fill out the onboarding registration themselves, saving administrators time.

  • Guide to using the self-service onboarding function: Step 1: Add a new entry registration form Step 2: Send a self-service onboarding invitation Step 3: Applicants fill out and submit the employment registration Step 4: The administrator confirms the entry registration record

1. Add New Entry Registration Form

  • Before using the self-service onboarding function, the administrator must first set up the onboarding registration form. Multiple entry registration forms can be added.

① Operation steps: [Employee] > [Self help Onboarding] > [Enrollment Form] > [Add On-boarding form] ② Add new entry registration form process: Fill in candidate's name > Set welcome page > Set up self-service onboarding form > Set entry information ③ Set the entry information, that is, the information attachments that employees need to submit when filling in the entry registration, including original and copy of ID card, personal ID photo, academic certificate, etc., click "Add" ④ In the window to add new entry information, select the entry information that employees need to upload and click "OK" ⑤ Administrator can set whether the on boarding attachments must be uploaded. After all settings are completed, click "Save"

2. Send Self-help Onboarding Invitations

  • The completed Enrollment form will be displayed on the Self-help Onboarding page, and the administrator can share the link with the new employee.

  • Operation steps: [Employee] > [Self-help Onboarding] > [Enrollment Form] > [Share Links] > Click "Save QR Code" or "Copy Link" to send to newcomers

3. Applicants Fill In And Submit The Employment Registration

  • Operation steps:

① Enter the employment registration form link, the applicant fills in the mobile phone number, and enters the enrollment form filling page ② The applicant fills in the enrollment form information and uploads the employment information. After filling in the corresponding information, click [Next] ③ Upload attachments (if any) and click [Complete] ④ The last page will be displayed after the content has been successfully submitted.

4. Administrator Confirms Registration Record

  • Administrators need to confirm the entry registration of candidates and check the registration information of employees to be hired.

  • Operation steps: [Employee] > [Self-help Onboarding] > [Pending to Entry]

  • After checked that the information is correct, you can click "Confirm Enrollment".

  • Click "Confirm and send invitation" again, and the system will send an email to invite candidates to register.

  • After registration, candidates can log in and use YOOV WORK APP.
