1. New Job Application Form

  • In order to effectively improve the accuracy of information and save administrators' time, YOOV WORK has automated the process of filling out job application forms, allowing applicants to fill in the information required for job applications by themselves, so that administrators do not have to process a large amount of information alone. Before sending the job application form, the administrator needs to set up the job application form in advance.

  • Operation steps: ① [Recruitment] > [Job Application Form] > [New Position Application Form] ② On the welcome page, the administrator can first enter the name and description of the job application form, the title of the welcome page, the welcome message, etc. The corporate LOGO uploaded will be automatically converted into the company LOGO in the system. ③ In the employment registration form, you can set whether each option is required, and you can also add instructions to help applicants understand. If you need to add more information types, you can click "Add Category" to select the required information. ④ The system can also add in [Job Application Materials] to require applicants to upload any required materials such as academic certificates, photos, etc. ⑤ The set job application form will be displayed on the job application form page, and the administrator can share the link with applicants.

2. For Candidates to Fill in Application

  • Operation steps: ① After opening the above link, the applicant needs to enter his or her phone number and click "Enter to fill in".

    ② Fill in the corresponding information and click [Next]. ③ Upload attachments (if any) and click [Complete]. ④ After successfully saving the content, the following page will be displayed.

3. Confirm Employment Application

  • If the administrator needs to confirm the applicant's employment application, he or she can check the applicant's application information according to the following steps.

  • Operation steps: ① [Recruitment] > [Job Application Form] > [Job Application Form Record] ② If you feel that the applicant’s qualifications meet the requirements, you can click [Transfer Candidate]. ③ After confirming that the applied position is correct, click [Save]. ④ The applicant's information will be automatically synchronized to the "Candidates" page.
