Attendance for the Month
1. Function Description
In the current month's attendance, you can view and download the current month's attendance summary data, add and manage punch-in records, leave records, overtime incentives, outing records, sign-in records, etc.
2. Attendance Summary for the Month
The monthly attendance summary automatically summarizes and counts the entire company's attendance status. Administrators do not need to manually calculate employee attendance data. The system also provides export and download reports.
2.1 View the Monthly Summary

2.2 How to Modify Employee Clock-in Time?
Operation steps: [Attendance] > [Attendance for the month] > [Monthly Attendance Summary]
Click the attendance sheet form and click the attendance status. The administrator can manually modify the clock-in time and click "Confirm"

3. Punch-in record
3.1 View Punch-in Records
Administrators can view the details of employees' punch-in records in the punch-in record.

3.2 Delete Punch-in Records
If the administrator wants to delete unnecessary punch-in records of employees, he or she can refer to the following methods.

3.3 Export and Import Punch-in Records
Administrator can export the Excel version of the punch-in record on this page for company statistics.
In order to facilitate administrators to add a large number of punch-in records, the system also has a batch import function. The administrator can download the Excel template and fill it in according to the format on Excel and then upload it to the system, and the system will automatically add a check-in record.


4. Leave Record
4.1 Export and import leave records
Detailed leave records are provided in the current month's attendance, and the system also allows administrators to manually change/add records for employees through the backend.
Administrators can select individual or multiple employees to change/add leave records through the buttons on the upper right, and can also import/export records in batches.

Administrators can choose to view leave records in the form of a "monthly calendar" and can click "Settings" to select display items.


You can also choose to view leave records in the form of "leave type".

5. Overtime Record
5.1 Export and Import Overtime Punch-in Records
Just like punch-in records, overtime records can also be exported and imported in batches.

5.2 Overtime Approval Records
Records that have passed the overtime approval will also be automatically synchronized to the overtime record, and the approval details can be viewed on this page.
6. Field Work Records
6.1 Export and Import Field Work Records
Just like clock-in records, out-of-office records can also be exported and imported in batches.

6.2 Field Work Type Management
You can edit or add "Outgoing Type Management" to facilitate understanding of employee outing work records.


7. Check-in Record
Just like clock-in records, check-in records can also be exported and imported in batches.
The check-in records are recorded for the field arrival and departure, it will not link to the attendance record.

8. Suspected Cheating Record
Administrators need to enable anti-cheat punching in [Attendance] > [Attendance Settings] > [Attendance Group Management]
When an employee is suspected of cheating, such as punching in on someone else's behalf or changing his or her mobile phone, the system will intercept the clocking in and record it in the "suspected cheating record" on the administrator side, thereby better standardizing corporate attendance management and saving the cost of reviewing punch-in data.
