Arrange an Interview
1. Add New Candidates
This feature allows administrators to pre-enter new job candidates into the system, thereby simplifying and making it more convenient to manage and review relevant data in the future.
There are a few ways for adding new candidates in the talent pool: 1. upload resume, 2. Input manually, 3 using Resume Assistant
Operation steps: [Recruitment] > [Candidate] > [Add Candidates]
Method 1: Upload resume ① The system allows administrator to directly upload candidate's resume and parsed the data automatically. Click [Next]. ② Admin need to review the candidate's info and enter the required information e.g. applying position and click [Submitted for storage]. ③ After entering and saving the candidate’s information, the information will be displayed on the list on the [Candidates] page.
Method 2: Input manually After entering and saving the candidate’s information, the information will be displayed on the list on the [Candidates] page.






2. Entering the Interview Process
① After successfully adding a candidate, users can arrange an interview for the candidate. ② Click to enter the candidate's page and press [Next Stage] to begin arranging the process. The entire process stages are: [Initial Screening Passed] > [Arrange Interview] > [Send Offer] > [Official Hiring]
③ Select the interview template and confirm the email content to notify the candidate about the interview. ④ Enter relevant information about the interview, then press [Save]. Resumes or evaluation forms can be uploaded as attachments for future reference. ⑤ Once the interview is arranged, administrators can view the interview schedule in the [Interview Schedule] to see which days have interview arrangements. ⑥ If the candidate passes the interview, proceed to the next stage [Send Offer], where the email content and sending details can be edited. Once the candidate confirms, they can be added to the pending onboarding list. Note: The candidate's status can be changed to [Elimination] at any time.
