* 成本中心用于根据相关领域的使用情况，将间接费用分配到各个组织活动，并对组织产生的成本进行区分管理，从而实现精细化的薪酬成本会计与管理。
* 成本拆分是指根据一定的规则（如部门、项目、团队等）将总成本进行分配。
