Wage Items Settings

• After setting the starting month of salary, the system will enter "Wage Items Settings"

• Operation steps: [Payroll] > [Payroll Settings] > [Basic Setting] > [Wage Item]

1. Description of [Wage Item]

• The salary item is an item of the salary table template. Administrators can add items, rename them, add notes, etc. according to their needs. Note that system items are not allowed to be modified, but they can be set to hide/show.

• The salary item will directly affect the content of the monthly salary display. Therefore, the administrator can check whether the salary items in the system are sufficient. If there are deficiencies, the administrator can add/delete salary items by themselves.

• Some categories or salary items are preset by the system. If the salary item is not applicable, the administrator can only hide it but cannot delete it.

Example 1:

If the fixed salary item needs to be divided into basic salary and position salary, you can "add a new salary item" under the fixed salary item.

Operation steps: ① [Payroll Management] > [Payroll Settings] > [Basic Setting] > [Wage Item] > [Fixed Wage Item] >[Add Salary Item] ② Enter the project name and remarks, and click "Confirm" ③ After adding, click "Save and take effect"

Example 2:

If employees are calculated on hourly/daily wages, a salary item can be added under "Hourly Wage". Click [Add Salary Item] and fill in the name and remarks of the salary item. Click [Confirm] again to complete adding salary items. After completion, please click [Save and take into effect] at the bottom, otherwise all newly added salary items will not be saved.

2. 【Wage Item】 Custom Configuration

• To meet the compensation needs of different types of companies, custom Wage items support administrators to set company-specific formulas.

• Operation Steps: ［Payroll］>［Payroll Settings］>［Basic Setting］>［Wage Item］, click "Edit"

3. Batch Edit

• If multiple items need editing, administrators can click "Batch Edit" for easier processing.

• Operation Steps: ［Payroll］>［Payroll Settings］>［Basic Setting］>［Wage Item］>［Batch Edit］

4. Set Custom Item Properties

• For custom Wage items, administrators can "Set the project properties" for easier calculations.
