Operation steps: ① [Attendance] > [Roster Management] > [Shift settings] > [Add new scheduling rules]. ② Fill in the name of the Scheduling rule and the Scope of application (employees to whom the roster applies—this needs to be set up in [] first). ③ Specify whether the scheduling will be daily, weekly, or monthly. Additionally, determine if scheduling is required on public holidays and statutory holidays, apart from regular workdays. The administrator can also set a maximum number of hours for scheduling to prevent employees from working overtime. ④ Set restrictions for Consecutive shift and monthly leave limit. For example, an employee can work a maximum of five consecutive days and must have two days off each month. ⑤ Add risk warnings for scheduling duration to remind and avoid compliance risks. ⑥ Enable multiple shifts in one day: When enabled, multiple shifts can be scheduled in a single day; if not enabled, only one shift can be scheduled per day. ⑦ Enable temporary scheduling: When enabled, temporary shifts can be scheduled directly by drawing lines, without needing to add shift information separately.
Schedule Modification Rules: The administrator can choose to modify rosters for shifts that have been clocked in within the last six months and those that have not been scheduled on time. It is also possible to select that rosters from yesterday and prior cannot be modified.
Shift release rules: The administrator can choose to save first and then publish (manual publication) or select to save and automatically publish after saved.
After filling out the roster modification and publication rules, click [Submit].
Team scheduling refers to dividing employees into different teams based on certain rules and requirements, distinguishing between different employees by team, and then scheduling them in batches. If scheduling by team is required, the [Team Settings] must be completed in advance.
Operation Steps: ①[Attendance] >[Roster Management] >[Shift Settings] >[Team Settings] > then click [Add new team] ② Enter the required information such as team name, applicable attendance group, etc., and click [Submit] to save
If you need to use Periodic shift scheduling, you must set the period in advance to select it during scheduling.
Operation Steps: ① Go to [Attendance] > [Roster Management] > [Shift settings] > [Periodic shift scheduling], then click [Add cycle schedule]. ② Enter the required information, such as period name, number of days in the period, etc. (The number of days can range from 2 to 31 days). ③ If you enable automatic scheduling, it will automatically extend the schedule when scheduling is not possible. ④ Select the applicable attendance group, and after setting up the periodic scheduling, click [Save].
Scheduling compliance settings and risk warnings provide prompts based on these settings during scheduling.
Operation Steps: ① Go to [Attendance] > [Roster Management] > [Shift settings] > [Scheduling Rules], then click [Add new scheduling rule] or [Edit Scheduling Rule].
If the scheduled hours exceed the cumulative limit, the system will issue a "warning notification" to the administrator.
