YOOV WORK has enhanced and strengthened its scheduling features to meet the scheduling needs of different industries. The system supports flexible scheduling with multiple shifts in a day, allowing businesses to adjust employees' working hours based on real-time business demands.
Operation Steps: ① [Attendance] > [Roster Management] > [Rostering]
First, select the department, choose the scheduling group, and the month for scheduling. Note: The scheduling group must be set up in [].
In addition to scheduling employees directly in the table, administrators can also copy the previous month’s schedule and import/export schedules for easier preparation.
Shift management supports a maximum of 10 start and end times for a single shift, but overlapping shift times are not allowed to prevent double scheduling of employees.
There is no limit to the number of new shifts that can be created; new shift times can be created at any time.
A full-screen scheduling feature has been added.
Operation Steps: ① [Attendance] > [Roster Management] > [Rostering] > First select the month you want to copy > Then click [Copy Last Month Schedule] ② In the pop-up window, click [Confirm] ③ After copying, you need to click [Submit] to save the changes.
Administrators can also choose to export and import schedules to facilitate the preparation of schedules.

Admin can choose to Save down the set schedule and get approval from team head before publish.
Left Click to Select Cells Similar to Excel operations, there are three ways to select: click, select entire column/row, and box selection.
① Select Entire Column and Row - Selecting Cells Click the starting cell with the mouse and drag to the ending cell.
② Box Selection - Select Cells by Dragging Click the starting cell with the mouse and drag to the ending cell to quickly select a range of cells.
③ Red Flag Indicates that the scheduling information has not been successfully saved; you need to click [Save]/ [Submit and publish] to save the information.
Right Click Function Description Firstly, select the cell, then right-click on the cell to perform actions such as requesting leave and adjusting shifts.
① Leave Request For specified employees in the schedule, quickly add leave records. The leave records will automatically sync to [Attendance] > [Attendance Of The Month] > [Leave Record].
② Shift Adjustment For specified employees in the schedule, quickly adjust shifts. The adjustment records will automatically sync to [Attendance] > [Roster Management] > [Transfer Management].
Assign appropriate working hours based on each employee's schedule.
Operation steps: ① Select the cell » ② Choose the attendance shift » ③ Submit
Make sure to click [Submit] to save the changes.
Scheduling by team refers to dividing employees into different teams based on specific rules and requirements, and then scheduling each team accordingly.
Operation steps: ① [Attendance]>[Roster Management]>[Shift settings]>[Team settings]> then click [Add New Team] ② Enter the required information such as team name, applicable attendance group, etc., and click [Submit]
In the team name, clicking the arrow will show the employees in the team and the scheduled times.
Make sure to click [Submit] to save the changes. Note: Scheduling by team requires daily confirmation of shift arrangements; mouse drag-and-drop scheduling is currently not supported to reduce errors.
Shifts can be automatically associated with employees, reducing the tediousness and errors of manual operations.
Periodic scheduling is a method based on the regular demand for employee work hours. Scheduling typically involves periodic and repetitive arrangements of employees' work hours, shifts, and rest days.
Administrators can follow these steps to set up regular weekly schedules: ① First, set up the periodic data in [Roster Management] > [Shift settings] > [Periodic Shift Scheduling] ② [Attendance] > [Roster Management] > [Rostering] > Scheduled by [Employees], then select the date and click on [Schedule by cycle] ③ After setting up the periodic schedule, click [Confirm] to save.
Temporary shifts can be scheduled quickly through strikethroughs without needing to add shift information, efficiently achieving the personnel configuration to meet business peak demands.
Operation Steps: First, "enable the Temporary Scheduling" feature, then go to [Employee Schedule] for scheduling. ① [Attendance] > [Roster Management] > [Shift Settings] > [Scheduling Rules] > [Add New Scheduling Rules] > [Enable temporary shift scheduling] and set whether to configure shift names and attendance duration calculation rules. ② Under [Rostering] > [Day] View > click on the temporary scheduling time > [Save] > [Submit and Publish].
There are two methods for adjusting employee shifts: Transfer Management and adjustments within the schedule.
Transfer Management for Shift Adjustments
Operation Steps: ① [Attendance] > [Roster Management] > [Transfer Management] > [Add Transfer] ② Select the employee, transfer time, transfer attendance group, and attendance shift. You can also set the work location for the attendance shift, then click "Save."
Operation Steps: ① [Attendance] > [Roster Management] > [Employee Schedule] > right-click on the cell for the selected employee and date, then click "Transfer." ② Adjust the employee's attendance group and attendance shift, set the work location for the attendance shift as needed, then click "Save." ③ After the transfer, the schedule will show that the employee has been transferred out.
The scheduling group must be set up in [Scheduling] > [] and linked to [Attendance Group Management].
If scheduling by team is required, pre-setup of [] is necessary. Note: Before process Team Settings, please ensure the Rostering staff are under the correct Attendance Group. If not, the system will not recognize the team member after set up.
Operation steps: ① First, select the department, select the scheduling group, and the month for scheduling. Note: The scheduling group must be set up in []. ② Click on the selected shift, and you will see the available employees for that shift on that day. ③ After selecting the appropriate employees, click [Confirm]. ④ Once the required shifts are arranged, click [Submit] to save.
